General Information
The school is situated in about 6 acres of land in Samusigapuram Village of Rajapalayam Taluk.The environment of the school is free from pollution of all types.
RULES AND REGULATIONS
The school is primarily intended for the children of Rajapalayam and its surroundings. All children are expected to follow the curriculam prescribed by the school.
Application for admission should be made on the prescribed form by parents or legal guardians who will be responsible to the Head of the School for the Pupil's conduct, punctuality, regular attendance, progress in the school and payment of fees.
A child must have completed three years ( as on 31st July of the school year) before he/shr is admitted to L.K.G. A corresponding age scale is fixed for the successive classes.
A pupil who joins the school for the first time must produce an official birth certificate, in evidence of the date of birth to be entered in the admission form and community certificate. A stuudent coming from another school must produce a transfer certificate from the school last attended, along with the copy of official bith certificate and community certificate.
Application for withdrawl should be submitted to the head of the school at least one month in advance before leaving the school.
Rules of Discipline
The school expects the students to maintain a high standard of general behaviour.
Pupils should be polite, friendly and well-behaved in and outside the school. THey should respect their elders, teachers and visitors to the school
Pupils should take pride in their personal appearence. Presonal neatness and cleanliness is essential. pupils must keep their classrooms and the school clean and tidy
Work is worship. Full/complete decorum must be maintained in the classroom. Studentys should be attentive, respectful to their teachers and companions. They should have deep respect and dedecation to their work.
Pupils must, at all times, be in correct uniform.
Pupils must maintain silence during General Assembly and while moving to the classrooms after the General Assembly. Silence must be maintained in the library
Respect for one's property, as well as for that of the school and for things belong to others, is the mark of a well-bred and responsible pupil. The school urges all its pupils to take proper care of school property. Any damage to school property must be made good by the pupil concerned.
Pupils are encouraged to speak in English at school and to maintain a suitable level of conversation. THey should avoid bad language and slang
Objectionable books, newspapers, pictures, periodicals, floppy disks, Cds and materials, not required for the daily work, should not be brought to school.
Each child is responsible for his or her own things. They Should not bring valuables to the School. The school does not accept responsibility for the loss of unauthorised items brought to the school.
Pupils must, at all times, avoid carving, writing and scratching on the school walls and furniture.
In the absence of the teacher , the class monitor assumes responsibility for the order and discipline of the class. He/she should fulfill the duty with loyalty and impartiality.
Pupils, Who are given some responsibility by the school, should carry it out dutyfully.
Pupils, Who indulge in improper conduct such as presistent irregularity, continual neglect of studies, disobedience, insubordination and disrespect towards any staff member, malpractice at tests and examinations and stealing, are subject to suspension or any other form of punishment decided bt the school.
Uniform for the Student
The students should wear the school uniform on all working days except Mondays, They should wear white uniform with white socks and white shoes on Mondays.The students are expected to have sufficient number of uniform sets.
Dress Code
Boys:
Should adhere to the uniform code throughout the year.
Shirts should be tucked in.
Proper hair cut should be maintained.
Must come with clean shaven chin.
Weird hair style, wearing ornament, mobile phones and smart watches are strictly not allowed.
Girls:
Should adhere to the uniform code throughout the year.
Hair should be combed neatly, White ribbon on Mondays and black ribbon on other days.
Fancy hair styles, golden ornaments, anklets, mobile phones and smart watches are strictly not allowed.
smart turn out is a must.
Leave of absence
No student should leave the school premises during the school hours without the permission of the Head of the school/ Class Teacher.
No leave of absence is granted except for valid reasons and only on the prior written application of the parents or the legal guadian.
Applications for medical leave should always be accompained by a medical certificate from a registered medical practitioner.
Parents' commitment
Insist that your ward attends school everyday unless illness occurs.
Insist that your ward is punctual and arrives on time to the school.
See that your ward gets the appropriate amount of sleep in order to be attentive and alert in class
Provide uninterrupted study time and reading time at home.
Check with the ward, daily, regarding home work, assignment and monitor the completion of assignments.
Please contact school authorities to request a counselling if there are questions concerning your ward's progress or questions regarding assignments or home work.
Please ensure that your ward wears correct uniform daily.
Report Card
Report card will be issued at the end of each term. The parents should sign and return the card to the class teacher.
